【摘要】 在系统分析了旅游安全预警问题的基础上,从人-机-环境系统工程的视角出发,将可变模糊集理论引入旅游安全研究领域,建立了由预警指标体系、可变模糊综合评价模型、预警模式以及预警信息等四个部分组成旅游安全预警系统,提出了旅游安全预警的可变模糊方法。该方法综合考虑各级别相对隶属度对最终评价结果的影响,以级别特征值判断标准代替经典模糊集的最大隶属度原则,通过变化模型及其参数,合理地确定出样本的评价级别,从而实现对旅游地安全状况的预警评价,是传统模糊评价方法的发展。结果表明:所建立的可变模糊预警模型不但能够定量辨别旅游地的安全等级,而且能够区分同一等级不同样本的相对安全性,为进行旅游安全预警提供了一条新途径。 更多还原
