【摘要】 中国出境旅游迅速发展的同时,我国公民境外旅游安全事故频发,出现了诸如社会安全事件、自然灾害、公共卫生事件、事故灾难、旅游业务安全事件、旅游者自身行为不当引起的损失等旅游安全问题。事故类型更趋多样,事故负面影响更为深远。出境旅游安全管理工作需要建立预警体系;加强智慧管理、国际合作;建立完善出境旅游法律法规,健全出境保险保障体系;强化公民出境旅游教育等。 更多还原
